With a remarkable $101.5M in sales since 2020, Christa joins the Corcoran Group bringing a wealth of expertise & experience. Her multifaceted background in sales, drafting, and interior design, combined with her degree in Historic Preservation and Community Planning, with a concentration in Economics, Real Estate, and Management, positions her as a dynamic force in the field.

As a Westhampton Beach Hurricane graduate, Christa is a very familiar and friendly face in the community. Her family's legacy in residential construction, spanning from Remsenburg to Montauk, played a pivotal role in her upbringing.

Christa’s journey led her to the College of Charleston, and later, to the sun-soaked shores of San Diego, California where she specialized in luxury properties in the coastal Coronado and La Jolla markets. In 2021, she returned to the East Coast, making a splash into the Hampton’s real estate scene. 

Embracing a modern, youthful and innovative approach to traditional selling, Christa has achieved unparalleled success since her return welcoming 88+ new neighbors! Her mastery of technology and data analysis has empowered her clients, allowing them to confidently and efficiently navigate the dynamic post-pandemic market.

Christa’s background includes collaborative field work with the Charleston Board of Architectural Review, Historic Society and City Planning Department. She contributed to the preservation of Mt. Zion AME church through her hand drafted restoration plans. She gained a keen eye for design through an internship with AD Featured interior design firm and showroom, Fritz Porter. 

Outside of her professional life, Christa leads an active, outdoor lifestyle. Whether competitively rowing, playing tennis, paddle boarding, enjoying the beach, fishing or hitting the slopes, she embraces every adventure and opportunity. Christa’s suitcase is always packed and ready for her next adventure.
